United Waste Service, Inc. is a locally managed, wholly owned subsidiary of Republic Services, Inc. We provide first-class Commercial (2 to 8 cu. yd. containers) and Industrial (20 - 40 cu. yd.) sanitation services, including collection, hauling and disposal.
United Waste started in 1970 with the purchase of a roll-off truck and two open top containers and just a few employees. Today, United has 330 employees and operates three Metro Atlanta division offices to support:
- 28 front-load daily collection routes servicing over 9,000 customers.
- 48 roll-off daily collection routes servicing over 2,000 customers.
